Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the UtsavNest storefront and to any order you place through it. By using the site you accept these terms.

We operate as a curating retailer that sources products to sell. Product descriptions are based on the information available to us at the time of listing and may change. Where a specification is not known it is marked as "spec pending" rather than guessed.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. The final amount for an order, including shipping, is calculated at checkout and confirmed before you pay.

Placing an order does not guarantee availability. We only confirm an order once it has been created on our side and payment has been authorised. If an item in your order is not available, we will let you know and refund or adjust the affected amount.

Many listed products are still being curated and may not yet be available to order. When a product shows "coming soon" or is not enabled for checkout, we cannot accept an order for it. Do not rely on a product being orderable until checkout for that item has been enabled.

Our returns policy is described on the Returns page and forms part of these terms.

We make every effort to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that the site or any product will be free from errors, or that product descriptions, availability or pricing are always up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
